Woll Iron griddle pan with press 28 x 28 cm
The Woll Iron grill pan with press is a square enamelled cast iron griddle of 28 x 28 cm with a ridged base, sold together with a meat press of the same material.
The ridges mark the classic grill stripes on steaks, burgers, fish or vegetables and, at the same time, separate excess fat from the food. The press keeps the food firmly against the surface so it browns evenly, which is very useful with sandwiches, chicken breasts or paninis.
The inside has a textured matte black enamel that retains the juices in its grooves and concentrates the flavour. Cast iron stores heat and spreads it evenly, and the pan suits all hobs, induction included, as well as the oven.
For anyone who wants the flavour of the grill at home without depending on the barbecue.

Care: Let it cool and wash by hand with lukewarm water and mild washing-up liquid, without scourers or harsh cleaners; stuck-on residue comes off more easily after soaking in warm water. Dry well to avoid rust and, if desired, wipe with a paper towel and a few drops of vegetable oil. Although the product sheet states it is dishwasher safe, Woll recommends hand washing.
