Financing
A good piece lasts for years. The payment, however, can be spread out. We work with PayPal and with Aplázame so that furnishing your home doesn't depend on what you have in your account today.
Both are chosen at checkout, without leaving the shop. Each one shows you its conditions before you confirm anything.
The exact conditions are set by each lender, not by us. The number of instalments, the interest if any and the minimum amount are shown to you by PayPal or Aplázame on their own screen, before you confirm. We never see your financial data at any point.
Below the price you will see what it would cost in instalments. It is on every product.
On the payment screen both options appear alongside the other payment methods.
You get an answer straight away. If you are approved, the order goes through like any other.
With Aplázame it does: it is financing and carries interest. With PayPal it depends on the option you choose. In both cases they show you the total amount you will pay before you confirm, with no small print. If it doesn't suit you, you close that screen and pay another way: you don't lose your order.
No. With PayPal your account is enough. With Aplázame they ask for your details and your mobile, and respond on the spot. There is no need to bring payslips or sign anything on paper.
Your right of return is exactly the same as when paying in one go: you will find it in Returns and refunds. When we process the refund, the lender cancels or adjusts the remaining instalments.
Yes, if it is bought through the shop. For large projects, write to us and we'll take a look: Interior design advice.
The lender, not us. It is their decision and we have no access to it. If it doesn't go through, you can pay with any other method without losing your order.
If you have doubts about a specific piece or an entire project, write to us and we'll go through it together. No obligation.
