If you are renovating, furnishing a whole home or developing a hospitality or retail project, we work differently: we assign you a single point of contact and work with you from the first idea to the last detail. Tell us the type of space, the approximate square metres, the stage you are at and the timings you are working to, and we will give you a first steer without wasting your time.

I am writing about an order, what should I tell you?
Put the order number in the subject line, PJ-1001 for example. Before writing, you may find the answer in Shipping and delivery or in Returns and refunds.
A product arrived damaged in transit
Write to us within 24 hours of delivery and attach photographs. That is the window the carriers give us to open a damage report.
