Wüsthof beech wood drawer organiser for knives

The Wüsthof beech wood drawer organiser lets you store knives inside the drawer, each blade in its slot, leaving the worktop clear. It is the alternative to the block for kitchens where every centimetre of surface counts.

A loose knife in the drawer gets nicked knocking against other utensils and is a risk when reaching in. Here each piece sits firmly in place, protected from rubbing, and is picked up without thinking. There are two sizes: the narrow one, for 7 knives, and the wide one, for 15 knives (8 small and 7 large).

It is made of solid beech wood, a warm, hard-wearing material that is kind to edges.

A tidy, discreet way of caring for a good knife collection.
