Oil and Vinegar Cruets

On a Mediterranean table, the oil cruet deserves to be always on show. We bring together ceramic and glass oil and vinegar cruets that make dressing a salad a lovely everyday gesture, whether at a weekday meal or a long, leisurely lunch with friends.

Choose pieces with a drip-free spout for everyday use and save the decorated ceramic ones for serving at the table. Wash them in warm water with a fine brush and dry them thoroughly before refilling. Keep the oil away from direct light so it retains its flavour.

• What you'll find: Oil cruets, vinegar cruets, matching sets and dripping pots in ceramic and glass.
• Style: Mediterranean and traditional, with decorated Andalusian-style pieces and simpler designs.
• Ideal for: The everyday table, meals on the porch, rustic kitchens and as a gift for hosts.
