Kai Shun Classic chef's knife 20 cm, left-handed
The Kai Shun Classic left-handed chef's knife brings the main knife of any kitchen to the left hand: the one used for almost everything, from chopping herbs to cutting up a pumpkin.
Its 20 cm blade has just the right length for rocking cuts on the board, slicing garlic and onions or filleting a chicken breast in a single movement. Left-handers notice the difference straight away: the handle sits naturally in the palm and the cut comes out straight, without drifting.
Like the rest of the series, it is handmade in Seki (Japan) from Damascus steel with a VG-MAX steel core, which gives a very sharp, long-lasting edge. It is sharpened on both sides, the handle is 12,5 cm long and the total weight is 206 g, enough to cut with assurance without tiring the arm.
A lifelong tool for left-handed cooks who take their knives seriously.
