Kai Shun Classic White fillet knife 23 cm

Regular price 209,00 €
(0 reviews)

The Kai Shun Classic White slicing knife has a long, narrow blade designed to cut thin, even slices in a single stroke, without going back and forth with the blade.

Its 23 cm length lets you cut through a roast loin, a roast beef, smoked salmon or a piece of tuna for tataki in one pass, so the cut is smooth and attractive. It is also the right knife for preparing a carpaccio or thin slices of breast.

The blade is damascus steel with a VG-MAX core, a hardness of 61 (±1) HRC and a double-sided edge, handmade in Seki (Japan). The handle is 12,5 cm long and made of ash-toned Pakkawood, matching the rest of the White line. It weighs 203 g.

Designed for anyone who enjoys presenting dishes well and serving at the table.
