The Wüsthof Performer 26 cm carving knife is designed for the moment of serving: roasts, whole poultry or large cuts of meat that call for long, clean slices.

Its long, narrow blade carves in a single stroke, without sawing or breaking the fibres, to give even slices of leg of lamb, roast beef, turkey or cooked ham. It is also useful for filleting large pieces of fish.

Like the rest of the Performer series, it combines a forged blade with a black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) finish, hard and scratch-resistant, and a non-slip handle with Hexagon-Power-Grip design that gives confidence even with slightly wet hands.
