The Maglionero Iside Olivo set of 6 semi-serrated steak knives groups six 12 cm meat knives with a combination edge, in a wooden box.
The edge combines a plain section and a serrated one: the serrated part breaks the toasted crust of chargrilled meat and the plain part finishes the cut cleanly. It is a very versatile solution for chops, entrecôte, ribs or roast chicken.
It belongs to Maglionero's Iside line, with a stainless steel blade and olive wood handle. Maglionero (Fratelli Rizzi) makes its knives in Premana, in the province of Lecco, a town with centuries of forging tradition in northern Italy.

Care: Wash by hand with lukewarm water and neutral washing-up liquid and dry straight away. With an olive wood handle, it is not dishwasher safe; a little food-grade oil from time to time keeps the wood looking good.
