Kai Shun Classic cutlery set with steak knife and fork
The Kai Shun Classic cutlery set brings the quality of Shun kitchen knives to the table. It includes a steak knife, a fork and a small knife rest, all matching.
It is designed for enjoying a good grilled steak: a sirloin, a rib-eye or an Iberian secreto is cut with a smooth motion, without tearing the fibres and without losing juices. The knife rest keeps the blade off the tablecloth, a practical and elegant touch for the table.
The knife has a hardness of 61 (±1) HRC and the pieces have a black Pakkawood handle, like the rest of the Shun Classic series. They are handmade in Japan.

Care: Rinse and dry the pieces straight after use, especially after cutting acidic foods. Do not put them in the dishwasher or leave them to soak. Sharpen the knife with a whetstone when you notice it is losing its bite.
